I wasn't expecting much from a 120g packet, but the herbs smelled fresh as soon as I opened it. Did the full 2-hour simmer with pork like the directions say and the broth came out clean and lightly herbal, not bitter at all.
Simmered this for two hours with lean pork and the whole kitchen smelled amazing. The 120g packet has a generous mix of herbs, no dusty or stale pieces at all. I've already ordered two more for the colder months.
