My whole kitchen smelled like a proper herbal kitchen while this simmered with the lean pork. I used the full 8 cups of water like the directions say, and the broth came out rich without being bitter. Will be keeping a pack of this in the pantry for chilly weekends.
Took the full two hours on low heat and the kitchen smelled amazing the whole time. The herbs come already portioned in the 95g pack, so no guessing how much to toss in with the pork. Broth came out clean and comforting, exactly what I wanted on a cold night.
