Prince of Peace 寧神助眠湯 90g

I simmered this for 35 minutes like the directions say, and the broth came out mild and earthy rather than bitter, which surprised me since I usually expect herbal soups to be a chore to drink. The 90g packet is enough for one big pot, so I split it over two evenings.

The jujube gives it a gentle sweetness, so I didn't need to add honey like I usually do with herbal teas. I rinse the herbs first, then let everything simmer while I wind down for the night, and I'm asleep way faster lately.

I simmered this for the full 35 minutes and the ziziphus jujuba gives it a gentle, slightly sweet taste that's actually pleasant to drink. I've been making a cup after dinner and it's become a nice wind-down routine.
