The nutty finish really comes through on the second steep, and the leaves hold up beautifully for three rounds before losing their character. I’ve been brewing it gongfu style every afternoon since this bag arrived, and the greener flavor is exactly what I wanted from a premium oolong.
This is my second bag and the leaves stay remarkably consistent batch to batch, which matters to me since I drink it daily. The 250g size lasts a good while, and the greener character really comes through with that gentle sweetness before the nuttiness kicks in.
