康州藥業即溶柚子薑蜜晶凍，10包

I dropped one sachet into hot water on a cold morning and the honey sweetness hit first, then that tart yuzu, with the ginger warming up the back of my throat. Each packet has extract from 14 grams of ginger, which explains why it feels stronger than the powdered stuff I used to buy.

I dropped one sachet into hot water on a cold morning and the honey sweetened it just enough without being syrupy. Fourteen grams of ginger extract per packet gives it a real kick that clears my head.

The yuzu really comes through without drowning out the ginger, and since each sachet packs extract from 14 grams of ginger it actually has some bite. I've been dissolving one in hot water every afternoon instead of coffee.
