O Chá Dragon Well, também conhecido como Lung Ching, é cultivado perto do belo Lago Oeste de Hangzhou, na província de Zhejiang, e é processado manualmente através de um processo de 10 etapas. Distingue-se pela sua bela forma, aparência plana e lisa, cor verde-esmeralda, aroma fresco e fragrante; e sabor suave e ligeiramente doce. Na cultura chinesa, o Dragon Well é considerado um excelente presente para amigos, pois outrora foi um presente para imperadores.

Instruções de Preparação: Para desfrutar plenamente das qualidades do Chá Dragon Well, use um copo de vidro. Coloque 1 colher de chá de folhas soltas no copo, adicione água a cerca de 180°F ou 85°C, deixe o chá em infusão por aproximadamente 2 a 3 minutos e depois desfrute. Quando a água do chá descer para um terço do copo, adicione mais água quente para uma deliciosa segunda infusão ou mais, até que o sabor do chá se esgote.
