Category: Classic Teas

Oolong Tea (also known as Wu Long Tea) is from the Anxi District of Fujian, China, which is named as “The Magical Village of Oolong Tea.” Oolong is semi-fermented, combining the best qualities of black and green teas. Prince of Peace® Oolong Tea is completely hand-picked, delightfully aromatic with a mild flavor and bright golden color. It also offers a large number of health benefits with a history of use dating back 1,000 years. A typical cup of green tea has about 20-30mg of caffeine, and cup of coffee ranges from 100-180mg.

Brewing Directions: Place one tea bag in a 6 fl. oz. cup, add boiling water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking. Sweeten to taste – we recommend using Prince of Peace® Honey Crystals.

Ingredients: Oolong Tea.

Natalie D. ★★★★★

I’ve been brewing a cup every afternoon since the box arrived, and the semi-fermented leaves from Anxi give it that perfect middle ground between green and black tea. Each bag steeps a rich, amber cup that holds up to two infusions without turning bitter. The 100-bag count means I’m set for months,

Lily ★★★★★

The roast on this one is smooth and toasty without any bitterness, and the semi-fermented leaves hold up for a second steep just fine. Anxi’s got a good reputation and these bags really deliver that classic oolong character for an everyday cup.

Elizabeth ★★★★★

I’m on my third cup and the flavor’s still holding up nicely, which says a lot for a bagged tea. The Anxi region really comes through in that smooth, semi-fermented taste. A hundred bags feels like a steal for how often I’m reaching for this.
