Prince of Peace 鉄観音茶 - 茶葉, 250g

The dry leaves unfurl beautifully after the first steep, and the "greener" profile is exactly what I was hoping for—bright and vegetal but never bitter. I've already gone through half the 250g bag in two weeks, which says everything about how often I reach for it.

The nutty finish really comes through on the second steep, and the leaves hold up beautifully for three rounds before losing their character. I’ve been brewing it gongfu style every afternoon since this bag arrived, and the greener flavor is exactly what I wanted from a premium oolong.
