The dark brown sugar gives this a deeper, almost molasses-like sweetness compared to regular ginger tea, and the honey dissolves instantly in hot water. One sachet is plenty for a full mug, so the 10-count box actually lasts me a while.
I've been stirring one of these into hot water on cold mornings and the dark brown sugar makes it taste richer than the plain ginger teas I used to buy. Each sachet is pre-measured, so there's no scooping or guessing, and the honey comes through without being too sweet.
These sachets are perfect for my afternoon slump — I just tear one open and stir it into hot water, no measuring or mess. The ginger has a real kick without being overpowering, and the honey rounds it out nicely. Ten in a box goes faster than I expected.
