Cette formule apaisante traditionnelle chinoise est préparée avec soin sous forme de bonbon à la coque dure mentholée et au centre sirupeux aux herbes mélangées. Ce bonbon au néflier et au miel est délicieux et agit également comme un apaisant unique pour la gorge. Le néflier est un fruit jaune, en forme de poire, comestible, issu d'un petit arbre, l'Eriobotrya Japonica, originaire d'Asie, désormais également cultivé couramment en Californie.
