Owen F. ★★★★★

Simmered this with lean pork for two hours and the whole kitchen smelled like my grandmother's. The 115g pack is the perfect size for one pot, nothing wasted. Broth came out clean and mildly sweet, not bitter at all.

Joseph D. ★★★★★

Simmered this with lean pork for two hours and the whole kitchen smelled amazing. The herbs came out tender and the broth had a gentle sweetness I wasn't expecting. Rinsing them first really does make a difference.

Lucy ★★★★★

The 115g pack is the perfect size for my 8-cup pot, and it makes exactly enough for two big bowls. Simmering it low for about two hours fills the whole kitchen with a warm, earthy smell that reminds me of my grandmother's cooking.
